Usually when there is a lock item, you see something like 

Complete rank 6 with x contact.

The thing is I just won a car in a Joker Box and when I go on a lock part I see 

You have not unlocked this part yet.

Is there something I need to do ? Do I have to buy the car to have the parts that come with it ? I guess unlocking a car with a Joker Box should at least give me what should come with it no ?
