After playing through the game I wanted to find more items and there are some enemies that I didn't get drops from.
Is the chance of finding a drop a flat number for every monster? I'm guessing something like 10%. I noticed some bosses tend to drop items on their first defeat, like the last boss.
Does having certain jobs in your party, like a thief, increase your chances of drops?
I know that fighting more than one at a time per battle tends to increase their chances.
