I use Linux Mint 14 (64-bit) and I'm trying to get mouse support in Dwarf Fortress.

In my init.txt I have:

[MOUSE:YES]

[MOUSE_PICTURE:NO]

However I have no mouse functionality in the game itself. I'm not able to click on anything or use the mouse for anything.

What else do I need to do beyond have these arguments in my init.txt to get mouse support in Dwarf Fortress? I have the latest version.

Out of curiosity, what kind of mouse support are you expecting? The mouse stuff is very limited, and I only use it to easily mark specific squares during designations... – Raven Dreamer♦ Jan 28 at 1:19

It's also useful to mute the game without holding downarrow until it repeats 255 times, but yeah, essentially the mouse does nearly nothing. – Wooble Feb 13 at 18:25
