For those who don't know, the Oculus Rift:

I've seen multiple videos of the OR in action in Team Fortress 2, but I'm very confused as to how you control it and/or how it could positively/negatively impact gameplay.

To those who have used the OR in TF2, what are some definite gameplay-changers that you've seen? Does it give a significant advantage/disadvantage over non-OR players?

I think this could probably be generalised to all FPS games, not just TF2. – Schism Apr 20 '13 at 0:56
Not sure if it's a duplicate, but this is definitely related. – Fluttershy Apr 20 '13 at 2:05
I'd vote to close as "Not Constructive" if I could. – Austin Mohr Apr 20 '13 at 3:31
If I had one of these for all the hours I've played TF2, I'd be an olympic runner: – Kexlox Apr 20 '13 at 5:00
As a matter a fact it is constructive: I've been playing TF2 for a few hours, using the Rift, and it clearly has some side effects on the gameplay, indisputably. – Anto Jan 12 '14 at 13:51
