So I just came from another country and while I was there I tried to connect to my battle.net account. Because Im logging in from a different region, the account locked itself and wanted me to reset my password. I tried to reset it however I don't remember my answer I checked my e-mail for the answer but I couldn't find the answer for my security question. Please help me as soon as you can.

...How are we supposed to help you? If you don't know the security answer, there's nothing we can do. That's not something Blizzard sends you when you activate your account. –  Frank Aug 12 '13 at 20:14

Call them. This is the fastest way to get an answer. Really, the 'locking' email they sent you should have ALL the details you need to contact them and correct the situation. I am not sure why you are asking here. –  deutschZuid Aug 12 '13 at 20:55

This question appears to be off-topic because you need to contact support for this. –  Zommuter Aug 14 '13 at 8:16

The only way you can resolve this is to get in contact with Blizzard support.

They will possibly require some form of ID to be scanned in and sent to them to prove you are the account owner. This is what was needed from me when my account got locked due to 'suspicious access patterns'

NB - I can't provide you a link to Bliz support, as the URL varies per region (as in, the EU support and the US support have different web addresses)

Is there anyway I can contact them on internet ? or can they just resend my answer to my e-mail ? –  Emre Altuntas Aug 12 '13 at 20:21

You can try sending them an email, but I doubt that'll do it. How can you prove that you are who you say you are? –  Frank Aug 12 '13 at 20:26

First of all the registered mail is the owners so If I'm not the owner of the account, how can I get the mail that they'd send ?. Secondly I can tell them my friendlist. –  Emre Altuntas Aug 12 '13 at 22:17

@EmreAltuntas Your email account is not as secure as you think it is; if that's all it took for Blizzard to unlock your account, they'd have a rather massive security breach on their hands. As for the friend list, that might be valid. I don't know, because the only time I emailed them, they insisted on me faxing over my driver's license. –  Frank Aug 13 '13 at 1:16

@EmreAltuntas Looks like the problem you are having is someone hacked your account and changed the email address linked to the account? Have you actually tried to contact Blizzard support about it? –  deutschZuid Aug 13 '13 at 3:29
