Are there any World of Warcraft Question and answer websites that do not belong to Stack Overflow and that strictly deal with World of Warcraft questions?

There is an SE 1.0 site called Epic Advice that only deals with WoW questions and isn't owned by Stack Overflow, Internet Services.

World of Warcraft questions are also perfectly welcome on Gaming.SE, we have quite some WoW players here.

Beyond Gaming @ Stack Exchange and Epic Advice, any questions you have could be relegated to communities such as Elitist Jerks, Wowhead, Battle.net, or other places where you can pose questions as a comment or a forum post. None of those are strict Q&A sites, but they target World of Warcraft players and have resources aimed at helping you figure things out in-game. –  Shaun Jan 22 '11 at 17:26

Elitist Jerks is technically a guild website, but their forums are open to the public and they have possibly the best discussions on WoW out there. I haven't played WoW in over a year now, but the posters there always did a ton of testing on the mechanics of the game, they often created spreadsheets to detail different gear set-ups, etc.

If you play a hunter class, look for the posts from Cheeky. He pretty much revolutionized how to play a hunter (although some of his work may be outdated now depending on how Blizzard has changed the game).

If you're a WoW min-maxer it's the perfect website, but even if you're just playing for fun there's a ton to learn there.

EJ is many things, but one thing it is absolutely not is a Q&A site. –  LessPop_MoreFizz Apr 27 '11 at 21:35
