No, I've tried this twice. You just get the standard rewards from clearing the bounties in the act.

If you talk to Tyrael after completing the last act, he can even incorrectly suggest that some other town needs your help.

Do note that two acts grant double the usual number of blood shards when you complete the bounties for those acts (marked with "Bonus" on the world map). So it's worth at least doing two acts worth of bounties before making a new game.

What extra reward is there for completing these two acts? –  Arperum Mar 28 '14 at 9:48
@Arperum twice as many blood shards, IIRC. I just suggested an edit to the answer to clarify this. –  Simon W Mar 28 '14 at 12:01
"So it's worth at least doing two acts worth of bounties before making a new game." - not really. There's no difference between doing two bonus acts in a same game and doing two bonus acts each in a new game. –  ykb Apr 1 '14 at 10:04
@ykb: True, but it would be a minor inconvenience to leave a game session and start a new one after clearing only one act's bounties. In theory, completing the ten bounties spread across both Bonus acts before starting a new game session would be more productive, if only slightly so. –  Will R. Jun 20 '14 at 13:57
