Can you search games by specifying a system requirement and get the results matching upto that requirement?

http://www.vgrequirements.info/ - This is the closest I got to finding your answer. It works the other way around to what you want but it's helpful nonetheless.

Another one which I think fits exactly to your requirements is http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/ but I can't test it out as it uses Windows and I'm on a Mac.
