In Super Street Fighter 4, there are many achievements that are linked to actions you take during gameplay. Some of these are:

  • Fashion Plate: Even a top rate fighter needs to coordinate properly! You gotta get all of the Colors first!
  • Entitled: A Title does not tell all of a man, sir, but if I were to see one Title, I'd want them all...
  • Rival Schooled: See your future by clearing every Rival Battle on Medium or higher with every character.
  • From C to Shining C: You think you're good, don't you? Prove it by ranking up all characters to C Rank!

When you download the Arcade Edition DLC, the game gives you the option to switch back and forth between playing on Super Street Fighter 4 or Arcade Edition. The leaderboards are separated among both versions. Will the achievements work when playing on Arcade Edition? Do they change if you play on Arcade Edition? Would taking some actions on Super Street Fighter 4 and others on Arcade Edition activate the achievement?

Some examples:

  • For Fashion Plate, would I get the achievement if I obtain all colors for the 35 fighters of Super Street Fighter 4 or would I need to get all colors for the 4 new characters too?
  • For From C to Shining C, would I be able to get the achievement by getting rank C for 20 characters on Super Street Fighter 4, and then for the 15 other characters on Arcade Edition? Would it be needed to get to rank C for the 4 new characters from Arcade Edition too?

After playing some more, I can tell that Fashion Plate and Entitled are irrelevant, since the colors and titles are shared among the versions, and all colors and titles are unlocked for the new characters at the beginning. The question remains for the other achievements, specially From C to Shining C. –  Wilerson Aug 25 '11 at 21:40
