How to run Tonic Trouble under Windows 7?

I just tried, but keep getting error screen, thanks for advice.

Yes, it's DX6 game

It's Win 7 32Bit GeForece 9800GT with latest driver AMD Phenom X4 965 3.4G

I am assuming this is a 64-bit Windows. Please provide more details: Hardware, drivers.Tonic Trouble is a DirectX 6 game

I was finally able to get the game running on a copy of Windows XP hosted in VMware Workstation 8 for Windows 7:

Virtual success!

running a xp vm to start the game isn't really a feasible solution for a lot of people... – spartacus Aug 15 '12 at 0:16

	i think all options have been tried, even tried Windwos 7 XP Mode Virtual Mahine, all just can't launch into the game. – user15924 Dec 5 '11 at 14:26
