Arqade is a question and answer site for passionate videogamers on all platforms. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I need to record my Windows Phone 7 gameplay like on Hot Apps from channel 9. My current game is written on Silverlight, but I will have XNA games latter as well, so I need some solution which will work for both technologies.

I know softs like Expression Encoder, but in that case mouse cursor will be recorded, which is not acceptable in my case.

Is there any free software? If yes, is there any way to record video from real device, not an emulator?

This is not duplicate of gaming.stackexchange.com/questions/392/… :) – Samvel Siradeghyan Jan 6 '12 at 15:47
Is this about games you play or games you create? – murgatroid99 Jan 6 '12 at 16:07
games i have created – Samvel Siradeghyan Jan 6 '12 at 16:39
Then this probably would belong on gamedev.stackexchange.com if you still needed to ask the question. – murgatroid99 Jan 6 '12 at 16:41

I was wrong about mouse recording on Expression Encoder. There is option to not capture it.
I will do my records with it.
