Is it possible to install Google Chrome plugins or themes in the Steam-based integrated browser? Or, is there any way to get themes or extensions for the Steam webkit browser?

For example, a dark theme and Lastpass would be wonderful!

You can't even change the homepage, last time I checked :( – agent86 Feb 6 '12 at 3:34
Sad to hear. Wonder why someone voted this down? Please don't vote my question down just because you don't like that Steam does not allow to change themes. Voting down is saying this is a bad question. – gameaddict Feb 6 '12 at 3:43
I would assume it was voted down because it has more to do with software integration than games themselves. – Keaanu Feb 6 '12 at 15:07
okay well I am unable to delete the question. Now it is costing me points. – gameaddict Feb 6 '12 at 23:40

You can't get Chrome plugins for the steam overlay browser because that browser isn't chrome. At this time, I don't believe Valve has mentioned any plans to support extensions or plugins in the overlay browser.

Thanks! . . . . . – gameaddict Feb 6 '12 at 3:43
Extensions are more of a browser feature than a part of WebKit. Even importing it from Chrome wouldn't guarantee compatibility. – CyberSkull Feb 6 '12 at 5:53
