Did about half and hour of research on this....nothin came up. Just joined up here so forgive me if this is answered previously. Been using a simple looping technique to improve my alchemy enchantment to +29% which in turn allowed me to make potions of fortify enchanting to over +32% for 30 secs.

I enchanted a circlet, ring, necklace, and bracers with +29% alchemy and produced about 4 or 5 potions of fortify enchanting (+32%). For some reason I wanted to create better alchemy clothes with better names so I re-enchanted another circlet, bracers, necklace, and ring with the same +29% alchemy (since that seems to be the highest I can get it) but I renamed them for my liking. I go to use them and BAM! For some reason the best fortify enchanting potion I can make drops down to +15%. I grabbed my previous +29% alchemy clothes out of the wardrobe I temporarily stored them in and still, it only lets me produce a +15% enchanting fortification potion. Little ticked cuz it was sorta time consuming doing the 3 or 4 loops it took me to get alchemy that high. Any ideas (besides start over from a previous save)?
