I figure Kennen can do top and mid just fine and m5 have ran him AD in bot lane too.

Caitlyn can go mid and give a lot of normal mids a hard time, ie. Kassadin and Gragas.

Lee Sin can jungle and top perfectly.

Any champion you'd use in all 5 roles?

Hi @mosh. Your question was closed as Not Constructive because it's asking for opinion and speculation. Questions like these often end up devolving into "list of X" questions, where people up/downvote champions they like/dislike, rather than whether or not the answers are high/low quality, which is not the intention of our voting system. Votes are meant to show the "best" answer, and as this question is asking for opinions, there is not single, best answer, as opinions are subjective. – FAE Mar 30 '12 at 17:23

People like to use Gangplank in every role. He is mainly known for Top and Jungle, but he can go mid and deny quite a few AP mids, and I've seen him run as support, maxing Raise Morale for the team steroid. I guess he can go bot and be supported too, that might be his weakest role because of range though.

I have seen nidalee in each role, but only jungle a few times. She is strongest as mid or top, but she can still support and ad carry just fine.

Nunu can be used as a support or a jungler. But he could also be used as a laner (not necessarily recommended but not an insane choice)
