I've been looking to start jungling a little, and I was wonder what is the best jungler to start out with. Keep in mind I'm running on a limited IP budget, so I'd prefer a jungler that's 1350 IP or less.

Hi @BubBidderskins, unfortunately I'm voting to close your question as Not Constructive, as there's not really a single definitive answer to this question. Different champs have different pros and cons and learning curves based on player skill. The question as stated invites "one champ per answer" style answers where people would vote on single champ recommendations, which isn't the intention of our site. Can you possibly edit your question to ask about what qualities you should look for in a champ as a beginning jungler or adding what difficulties you've had? More detail helps us help you. – FAE Mar 28 '12 at 23:41

For a cheap jungler? Kayle. She's SO easy to jungle with.

Do you have any argument supporting your claim? Just thinking that it is the best one is not good, we need proof. – Jupotter Mar 29 '12 at 6:56

Fiddlesticks is an excellent jungler because of his strong lifesteal, which will both kill mobs very quickly and heal himself in the process, allowing you to buy pretty much any first item you like, (preferrably a max. Mana/Mana regen item because mana = Drain = selfheal + damage), instead of the regular Shield + potions. And he costs only 1350 IP. At level 6, you can start ganking left and right with your ulti, and with blue buff, you will never run out of mana, even after nerf. Fiddlesticks is also a good jungler because he is strongest 1vs1 and can not handle minion waves well.

In the 1350 bracket, you also have the melees Warwick and Dr. Mundo because they have potent self heals, though I feel Mundo is better off in a lane because of his AOE damage aura that is best used in minion waves.
