Is there any advantage if you have 4 units in your tank? A driver, two gunners and one machine gunner. The tank still operates with 3 units, or does it shoot/move slower or less accurate with less units?

Whilst I'm not certain for Men of War, in their previous games the units inside the tank move positions if you don't have enough. E.g. without a loader, the gunner will switch out to load the shell, then switch to gunner to aim/fire. Same if you only have one unit inside doing all the work. – Ric May 8 '12 at 16:15
