Where to grind (pref. solo) at Limsa Lominsa

I'm currently at physical rank 10, with various ranks in Pugilist, Thaumaturge & Botanist on Camp Skull Rock, Limsa Lominsa. Almost everything except beetles and wharf rats can easily kill me without a party (by the way, my stats are skewed towards STR primarily, remaining on DEX & PIE) and I'm having trouble finding monsters with more exp.

Aside from Guildleves (which is very helpful), where (and what) else can I grind to gain more physical ranks?

Note: I normally play solo (people at Lindblum server are very... quiet) except when on a guildleve.

Best bet for soloing is to find a cave with moles in it, normally there are about 3 per tunnel. Ideally you want to find mobs that are green and hope to get about 200 skill per kill.

You can also try to learn to use the party seek/search feature. It is under "Party" in your main menu. Recruit will allow you to start your own party, and search will look for parties that are looking for you job/rank.
