I'd like to use STEP, but manually installing all modules is a big pain. I use Wrye Bash to handle module installation, and also I found a lot BAIN conversion files that transform a mod into format that WB recognizes. The problem is: some BCFs were made for an older version of mod, and they do not work.

Is there any manual for creating BCFs?
