How come when you finish viewing the credits why does final fantasy 7 close itself? and why do you start again from the previous save to watch the credits repetitively, is there a way to sort this out?

Welcome to the site kingfrench! I'm voting to close your question because there are a few problems with it. First, why the game closes after the credits and reloads them after loading a save are considered "Why did they design it that way?" questions which don't work on our site. This is because there is no way for us to know why the developers decided to design it that way, and so it's impossible for us to answer. – Wipqozn Jul 21 '12 at 17:02
The second problem with your question is with your third question, "is there a to sort this out", is that it's not clear what you're asking. Do you want a way to not load the credits upon reloading a save, and if so what do you want to happen instead? When the game is over, it's over. There's nothing after that and you don't get the ability to free-roam around the world or anything like that. It's just over.

You have the option of starting a new game and playing again, or you can go to an older save and play around more before the final battle. But when FF7 ends, it just ends.
