I did the glitch to get outside of Whiterun without actually leaving the city. I was overweight and walked to the blacksmith by the main door. As I was walking past the third pole heading towards the gate, I found myself falling. I looked down and I saw water.

As I hit the water, I lost most of the gear that I had collected. I was swimming in a ocean. It was strange because on the map of Tamriel there's no water at my location. After two hours of swimming, I gave up and tried to fast travel. Surprisingly, it worked: I returned to Whiterun.

Has this glitch ever happened to anyone else before?

Unfortunately, this question is very narrow by the community's expectations. Ideally a good question on Arqade is related to solving a specific problem or soliciting specific information. Right now this question only expects people to answer "yes" or "no"?
