I just added the Master of the Mind perk and was hoping to use Call to Arms to Buff my Dead Thrall. But it is not working. The peculiar part is that Rally works just fine on him. Anyone got a clue why?

From what I saw this should work, but other sources said you might need the Necromage perk. Couldn't find a definitive answer, though. – Alex Aug 22 '12 at 9:58
