I'm trying to run faster to improve my experience rate, but first I need to find all the options for improving movement speed other than boots. What are all the legendary items that provide this bonus?

I'm pretty sure there is a cap on movement speed bonus at 25%, so you really can only use boots plus one other item. – bwarner Sep 7 '12 at 18:25
@bwarner there is, but I'm trying to reach it (or rather get 24%) without boots since I have a really nice pair of boots that I don't want to give up. – spartacus Sep 7 '12 at 21:58

Here is what I found - LLL denotes low level legendary meaning it's below ilevel 60.

Rings:

Bracers:

Pants:

Chest Armor:

you seem to be missing a bunch, I've seen legendary rings with movement speed – spartacus Sep 7 '12 at 12:16
ah right, I clicked on the jewlery tab on the bnet page and assumed it lists me all jewlery and not just amulets. my mistake - adding the rings. – Philipp Sep 10 '12 at 8:44

Still missing some. Wanderlust is another ring that has movement speed. – Beofett Sep 17 '12 at 16:29

Are the above answers complete for 1.0.4? This is also a new item that has movement speed.

interesting point, I was mostly concerned with armor, but you are right, there are now some weapons that boost this as well. – spartacus Sep 10 '12 at 21:11
