You must be aware that not all Genuine items are tradable (without use of Gift Wrap). Most of them are, as Yves pointed out, but that is not always the case. Some genuines, for example, have remained untradable to this day, such as the Robot Chicken Hat, awarded to those redeeming an adult swim code during Pyromania.
