I bought a Fallout 3 on Steam Holiday Sale. I already complete this game some time ago and I have save files for this. In some games you can load save game and you get all achievements on load time But in Fallout 3 it's don't work. Maybe some actions can trigger achievements ?

I don't believe just loading the file will do it, but there are console commands that will give you the achievements outright. – Canageek Jan 1 at 15:33
