There are several "messages" (codes with scrambled messages) awarded as achievements in Hundreds. Is there an in-game hint to their cipher? What is the cipher? What are their solutions/translations? ...

How do you progress past level 31? Do you have to solve the cipher?
In the new iOS game "Hundreds", once you finish each board, you can advance to the next, either by hitting "next board" or by selecting it from the level select screen.
Except when I hit next board ...
