The correct pairing is Plasma + Salamander. It took longer than usual to find since the use of opposite dragons (Plasma) was unexpected. Since this is a Gemstone dragon, there is only one valid combo.

You don't mention in your question, but I assume you're referring to breeding the Diamond Dragon of which the only possible breeding combo is Ice+Mine. Sadly, the gemstone dragons are extremely rare - the chances of breeding one are typically in the single digits.
