If you swipe left on a game from the main menu, the green "Play" changes to a red "Delete" button. This will allow you to "resign" from a game and remove it from the list.
It seems to be a glitch with the game. The developers are aware of it and working on it. It would seem you can't really get them back for now, but the colours you bought are safe. I suppose you will get them back in an upcoming bugfix. Veronica Belmont asked just about the same question to Joseph Alminawi and Garrett Peek, creators of Draw Something, on ...
Just tried it now, with my opponent guessing my 3-coin word and me guessing his 2-coin word. After both were successfully guessed, I see that I only got 2 coins. Thus you only get coins for successfully guessing your opponent's word. EDIT: Here, you can see that an employee answered a similar question incorrectly by saying that it is equally distributed. ...
When you are on the screen drawing there should be a little plus next to your color selection that says something like 'Add Colors' there you can purcahse colors for coins I believe.
I have purchased 2 packs with the coins I have earned, so I can understand what you mean as I have 2 yellow colors overlapping. There are many colors within the packages shown below that you can barely notice any tint difference in play. It is completely up to you in the end which packages you would like and which tints or variations you would like to enjoy ...
After just testing this, there did not seem to be any noticeable delay. This was after I drew something, waited 5 minutes, then finished the drawing, and then submitted it. Once my friend received the turn, he saw the picture being drawn without any delay. The delay seems to be either cut from the game or sped up tremendously.
I believe they get to view the entire process of your drawing, including if you trash midway and start over. If you think of it as a recording of your process, then it makes sense that they would see that part.
After trolling through https://getsatisfaction.com/drawsomething and http://forums.omgpop.com/draw-something there are no Official Rules published by OMGPOP. So, I believe at the time of this post, there are no implementations to mitigate cheating other than the player opting to only draw. Also, there should now be a delete button in the new update, ...
Prior to the update when you hit Turn 99, the counter would remain at 99 until a word was not guessed. It would still do the animation between turns (when the counter would normally update), but the number would remain 99. EDIT: As of the April 18th update, the limit has been removed and game count past 99 appears correctly. No idea what happens past 999 ...
That arrow recalls all the letters that you've put down so far. So try guessing incorrectly, then pressing the button; all the letters will recall to the letter cache.
Yes, you can play on both devices. The game automatically syncs to the cloud, so you don't need to do anything special. Just log in on both devices and it will work.
All the stuff you've unlocked is tied to your account and not to a device. (Experience from playing on multiple devices.)
When selecting a word, there is at the bottom an option to select special words. Those words award more than 3 coins.
Well, for one just go to draw something, hit the settings button in the top right, and tap help. It will take you to a help section, and your question is the very top one listed... I'll re-type the reply here for you: If you've already created an account vie email, and you want to play with your Facebook friends, you'll have to log in with your ...
There aren't any check on this, to the best of my knowledge. I often write notes to my opponent before drawing the word. Particularly if I had a hard time guessing or their drawing was funny. I have quit games with several random people for just writing the letters out. Kind of defeats the purpose.
Yes, there is. You can have up to 20 games with random people. There doesn't appear to be a limit for games with Facebook friends, though.
This tends to happen when you leave the game in a mid-turn state as suggested by JohnoBoy. I have even had it skip me guessing their word and going right on to select (Since I have a few high streaks though this was disconcerting to me). I found that, on the iPad, finding the constantly running application and shutting it down, then starting the app back up ...
Draw Something has its fair share of bugs so there is a slight chance the empty drawing is a bug, in which case using an anagram finder is the best bet to be able to continue your streak. However given that it's a random person it seems most likely that they're just a troll, in which case you're better off just deleting that game and finding a new drawing ...
No... but soon you will be able to with the next update . You’ll be able to save your drawings to your device’s photo library (a feature that was requested by many users). As of now, Draw Something doesn’t have a save option, meaning that your “masterpieces” are forever lost with each new round. Sure, you can take screenshots (which many people did), ...
Paid users of DrawSomething have the 1000+ words bonus. It means that when the server gives them the choice of three words, it extracts them from a bigger pool of available words. You will not have any problems playing with "free" users, the only drawback is that when it comes her/his turn to draw, words are taken from the limited words pool.
You cannot find her until destiny matches you, again.
You click on the persons name who you want to end the game with then swipe left to right and click on the X .
On the top right of your screen there is an orance little options - wheel Click on that and then tap the Account option. Then scroll down and you will find a logout button. Then you will be redirected to the main screen again and you will have to option to log in using either your email or a facebook account etc.
There is no way that I have found to date with out just snapping the picture at the appropriate time when you are either done drawing or they have guessed the picture.
After consultation with one of my drawees, I've discovered that when this happens, I'm not actually missing the watch/guess phase. In fact, my drawing doesn't get sent to the other person at all. My second drawing, then, completes the turn. This is disappointing - this happened to a few of my better drawings, and I now know rather than just not getting to ...
There's no option to do so in the current version of the game, you must force-quit the application and restart it. To force quit on iOS (I'm listing this for others): Press the home button to exit the app Double-press the home button to bring up the open apps bar. Press and hold the Draw Something icon until a red icon appears in it's the corner. Press ...
Nope, there's no penalty. You can guess as many times as you want! I routinely give funny answers like "wtf" when I can find them.
You can't save images in Draw Something for Windows Phone. If you're on WP8 then you can take a screenshot by pressing the power and Windows keys at the same time. WP7 can't do screenshots by default but if your device is unlocked then you can install ScreenCapture to take a screenshot.
The number on top of your friends portrait represents the amount of times you've guessed eachothers drawings correctly in a row. Skipping a drawing will forfeit the counter and reset it.
Eh, not sure how I missed it: You need to click the "pen" icon again while it's already selected.
