I used this video extensively to figure out each of these. Here they are: U - Prelude: The Metro. 1st Floor, Bottom Left end of the tracks T - Chapter 1: No Talk. 2nd Floor, Top left kitchen in front of sink A - Chapter 2: Overdose. 2nd Floor, Bottom Right bathroom (between toilet and tub) O - Chapter 3: Decadence. 2nd Floor, Bottom Left dining room in ...

A bit of extra effort is all you will need to find the level's secrets if you choose to not equip the Rasmus mask. Wearing Rasmus makes the clues flash and bob up and down so they are easier to spot; however, not wearing Rasmus does not prevent you from seeing and grabbing them. To wit: No Rasmus mask equipped; just looks like a little square, but you ...

To me, Combo and mobility are the two key components to get a high score. Time bonus may seem nice, but its impact on the final score is not as significant as the two others I mentioned. Getting the frog mask makes getting a big combo easier. I usually focus on getting the largest combo possible while refraining from too much use of guns, ignoring how many ...

There are in fact multiple ways to complete this section of the level. The actual goal is to reach the lift on the far right hand side. The first way is to grab the keycard, as mentioned in this answer, which opens the locked door directly opposite, allowing you to proceed. This route is marked in red on the screenshot below. The second way is to head down ...

According to Stovich on the Steam forums, the more enemies you expose yourself to, the more points you will get for each kill. Namely by alerting them to your presence and have them charge. He provides an example: You can plainly see this in the first room of Chapter 16, do one test run where you kill them without them noticing you, you will get +400 ...

There are little glowing collectables in the game (picked up with right mouse click). (I found them while using the Rasmus mask [2nd from top]; I don't know if you have to have it on to see them.) There is one in Chapter 6, second floor, on the balcony just after you climb out the window. It is under the second tree, but should be clearly visible. It will be ...

You'll need to grab the keycard to gain access to the room in the top right. The keycard can be seen in the screenshot above, it's in the bottom left room (I think this is the room above the one you start in) and has a red arrow pointing to it. I had the exact same problem when I was on chapter 12. It took me a good five minutes before I spotted the ...

First, the problem is not win:osx, but original:updated version FAQ on Steam: Can I use my progress from the original version in the updated version? Yes, if savedata.sav doesn't exist, the original save game is imported. To reimport, remove savedata.sav from the save directory.

Heh! After I posted that I finally found an answer! Here they are for anyone else who may be interested... Prelude: The Metro. Chapter 1: No Talk. Chapter 2: Overdose. Chapter 3: Decadence. Chapter 4: Tension. Chapter 5: Full House. Chapter 6: Clean Hit. Chapter 7: Neighbours. Chapter 8: Push It. Chapter 9: Crackdown. Chapter 10: Hot-N-Heavy. ...

I've never gotten anything other than 0. My guess is that they didn't finish adding the code that measured it, and it would have something to do with how much you used and reacted to the randomized spawns (weapons on floor, held by enemies). That sounds difficult to assess fairly, and usually the randomization doesn't affect your run that much, which, to me, ...

You must collect every little purple block (as Berg mentioned in their answer) in chapters 1 - 16. I detailed where every piece is in this answer. When you collect them all, you must align them in the "Puzzle". When a piece is in the correct space, it will start glowing. The final result is:

The best I can tell, Boldness and Combo are the categories with the highest scoring potential, closely followed by Killings and Mobility. Killings: Knock downs (whether with fists or thrown weapons) and executions are the bread and butter of a high score run. Not to say you can't take out the odd mook with an insta-kill to keep the combo going, but you'll ...
