I did some testing, and I think the time it takes to earn another round of cash from your owned buildings is right around 15 minutes. Unused time doesn't seem to carry over between restarts of the game, so if you play for 5 minutes, shut it down, and load the game later, you'll still have to wait a full 15 minutes for more money. There's only two things ...

There are no active trains, either ground or elevated trains. There are disabled trains on the ground in a couple of places (so beware if you are riding a motorcycle along the tracks), and there are disabled trains on the elevated tracks as well. I've made a complete circuit of the elevated tracks on foot, and there's no way for a train to run on them: at ...

I did some research and asked the guys I co-op with. I determined the following: The person hosting the game's progress determines which story mission comes next. If you finish a story mission in co-op that is ahead of your own story process, when you catch up (in single player or if you're the host next time) you'll have the option to skip this mission. ...

I know the full strategy now; You only get calls when you're on foot, so avoid entering any vehicles till you get a call You also can't have any notoriety at that time You won't get called while on a mission or activity Entering diversions (like vehicle surfing or hostage) cancel the challenge The location you're in doesn't seem to matter as I've gotten ...

There's a very short list - I think maybe 4 total: Bootlegger Hammerhead Phoenix Hammer (this one definitely works) They're tricky to spot, and they're not sports cars (so the Torch/Temptress/etc don't count). I found they tend to spawn outside the Angel's Gym crib the most often, in the parking lot and surrounding lots. I believe the Bootlegger is ...

I did some more research on this last night: I only seem to be able to do this on male gang members and STAG footsoldiers. I haven't yet gotten a nutshot on a female gang member or any police officer. I don't know that it is impossible, but it's at least much harder. Try to shoot at them when they're facing you. If they turn to the side it becomes next ...

This is what I've discovered: You don't get helicopter storage until Act 2 at the Saints Penthouse HQ, so it doesn't matter which ones you find in Act 1. The Airport Crib is only for airplanes, not helicopters. The helipads at the airport are raised structures on the western end. The helipads at the National Guard armory have Eagles, in both armed and ...

The best way to finish challenges is to wait until you've finished the main story missions and you've cleared all the levels of all the activities. By this point in the game, you'll probably at or very close to level 50 respect, and have enough cash to afford at least the "damage immunity" upgrades and "infinite explosive ammo/grenades" upgrades. You'll ...

The earliest I have found that you can unlock a helicopter is during the main storyline. Once you complete the mission Trojan Whores, you receive a Vulture helicopter for the mission reward. It's accessible at the Saints HQ pad in Sunset Park. Just go outside next to the pool (after you're inside the HQ, so the outside of the penthouse) and you'll see the ...

The trick I've always used (this worked in SR2 as well as SR3) is as follows: Start the mission Get to the nearest highway Stand in the shoulder until you see a car coming (ideally a long line of cars, or a large truck) When the car is getting close, run into the street and towards the hood of the car. Jump and hit the ragdoll button (in SR3, don't use ...

Maximizing respect from burnouts can be fairly difficult. The reason for this is: Your score is determined by the number of people cheering for your burnout. Yep, you read that right. The more people you have clapping, shouting, and fist-pumping at your burnout, the higher your respect bonus will be.

Yes, you can use the flamethrowers on the Genki Mobile. It takes 4 pedestrians being run over in quick succession in order to activate them. The 4 red lights on the back of the car will turn green (from left to right) as you run over pedestrians. Get all 4 to turn green and the flamethrowers will activate. After a couple of seconds of not hitting any ...

Yes you can! What I do at my stores is rob the clerk, then after the alarm sounds I step outside, then go back in to clear my notoriety. After that, I can go about my business unmolested by the cops.

No, you shouldn't need to purchase the Online Pass if you bought the game new. A post on the official site confirms that the Online Pass should be included with any new game. Inside your copies of the game will be a code to enter on your console in order to play Co-Op with a friend. Either: The code is in there, and you haven't found it. Check the ...

There is no offline/couch co-op. Online co-op and system link co-op exists for 2 players with both having the same functionality. The whole campaign and everything else in the game is playable in co-op mode, with drop in/drop out possibility. You're required to use an online pass code on your account to activate co-op mode on either the PS3 or Xbox 360.

Yes you can, you'll need to mod your game. Here's a good walk-through for doing that including the tools you'll need. Basically, you'll need to: You'll need to modify files in steamapps/common/saints row the third/packfiles/pc/cache Extract the audio files from the radio_*_media.bnk_pc files (or a specific station you want) Transcode your audio files to ...

Yes, just return later and they'll be good as new. There's no way to permanently miss these ops. I'm not sure what exactly constitutes "later," as leaving the immediate area and returning sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. For certain, saving and then loading your save will reset them.

The trick to this seems to be to do it while playing Insurance Fraud, where everyone is driving faster and you have a much higher chance of flying through the windshield on impact: ...

No-weapon kills are just as you say - they're kills you make only with your fists. Any other melee weapon or gun will disqualify you. You can feel free to do wrestling moves, but I'd avoid the "nut assault" move, as I think that puts you in a different category of kill. Some of the melee moves also cause you to draw your weapons, even if you didn't intend ...

If you get into a fight with random gang members off the street, the violence will continue to escalate until you do something to reset your gang stars. The more of them you kill, the more "gang stars" you will get, and the more enemies will spawn. Think of these gang fights like getting in trouble with the police in the GTA series - they will just keep ...

My character is female, but I'm pretty sure I found the same facial option that you're currently using. You need to go to Make-Up, then under that heading, go to Items. It looks like you've got the "Busted Nose" option on right now. Simply switch it to "Nothing" and you should be cleaned up nicely!

The trick to this challenge is to find one Emu, park it in your garage, and then keep pulling it out of your garage and destroying it over and over and over again. Once it's been logged into your garage, it will return there every time it is lost, stolen, exploded, etc. There's sometimes a "vehicle repair" fee associated with bringing out a damaged or ...

I was initially emphasizing the fonts of key aspects of each method, but there are too many, so instead I'll simply tell you what to look out for: source and cash per unit time. Source means stuff like which activity or diversion, the difficulty level if it's an activity, or the vehicle and location if it's a barn-storm. These methods are aside from buying ...

After spending some time in Image as Designed in SR2 and in the SR3 Initiation Station, it's clear that you cannot create the same character in both games by using the same values. While both games share nearly all the same customization sliders, the values are relative, not absolute. This can be most easily seen by switching ethnicities within the same ...

So far all I can do is run and gun (emphasis on run). The sniper rifle can do significant damage with headshots, but I rarely have the presence of mind to change to it in the middle of a fight (and it is often disabled in a diversion). In short, keep upgrading your guns and hit them with your heaviest stuff. You can also try phoning Oleg as he is a physical ...

According to this thread: To get Fart in a Jar, upgrade flashbangs to LV4. Gets rid of the Flashbangs, though. you can also mod it using horizon

Cat and Mouse is indeed a co-op side mission. In Saints Row 2, you entered it by killing your co-op partner - the killed partner was then presented with a menu whereby they could choose one of two games to play in retaliation. Saints Row 3 does something similar. Cat and Mouse is where one player has a car, and is trying to hit checkpoints similar to a ...

I'm working on this challenge as well. Your findings are correct in that you only get credit for taunting a gang member if you do not already have aggro from them. You also cannot get credit for taunting your own gang members. It must be a rival gang, though you can compliment your own gang members and have that count for both the challenge and the ...

In the Mayhem levels, the trick is to get a high multiplier and keep it there. You get credit for destroying almost EVERYTHING, so driving/running down the street and firing a RPG or the tank cannon repeatedly into the sidewalk is a good way to go. If you can find a roadside cafe, a street market, or a line of fences, you're golden. Alleyways are ...

You don't specify where you're trying to equip it, so I'll give you a broad answer that should cover most scenarios. You can't equip it at all until you own it. The RC Possessor requires that you have completed the mission "The Belgian Problem." An easy way to check is to see if you have Oleg on your phone list as a homie. If you don't have Oleg, you ...
