I was just playing and if you want to get rid of something like her bow when she pulls it out type removeitem 0010E2DD 1 then the bow you gave her will be equipped

This tutorial works perfectly for me. I'm playing Skyrim for Steam flawless! But to run steam you should use the following command: $ nohup wine "/home/USER/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Steam/Steam.exe" & This will make you terminal free for closing after Steam started. Or you can just run [Yet, you can make a skyrim.desktop file for this ...

No, only one family pet (dog) allowed and I think one critter (mudcrab, fox, skeever, etc)

Use the Unofficial Hearthfires Patch. The kids are indeed bugged and this contains a fix.

3

No, that's a hoax. Not a very good one either. Further evidence is that the obsessively-detailed coverage of Skyrim in the UESP doesn't mention "mermaid" once.

Actually in Solstheim the Redoran guards say "If you are looking for the east empire company, they are long gone.Try Windhelm." So I guess there is a few shipments that go there. But that conversation only happens in the DLC Dragon Born.

You reach level 8 and you will get a letter from the jarl about coming to see him. When you go to see him he will offer to make you a than, you can only become thane and buy a house by helping three people in the jarls city

2

To answer the question in the title - the Bleak Falls Barrow quest has no bearing on your ability to get a house in Falkreath. If you are already Thane, the steward should offer you the land, however after reading both Elder Scrolls Wiki and UESP it's not completely clear whether this requires that you are level 9 or not. They both mention that you may ...

When you become thane ‚ the Jarl give you a quest ( in Miscellaneous)‚ ans you have to help three people in Falkreath before beeing able to purchase a house.

It's useless after completing that quest, as you can sell it to the orc in the Winterhold library for 2000 gold.

The Creation Kit is notorious for introducing "dirty" edits during mod-making, where an untouched part of the world gets added to the mod file. If a modder working from a non-English copy of Skyrim didn't clean their mod before release, this is the kind of thing dirty edits would do. You can fix this by disabling all your mods one at a time (or better, by ...

The simplest way to keep the skeleton key is to not finish the Darkness Returns quest. Doing this prevents you from completing the Thieves Guild quest line, however, once your lockpicking skill is 100, you can pick up the "Unbreakable" perk which causes your lockpicks to never break. Since the main advantage of the Skeleton Key is that it can't break, once ...

Ps3 solution: Complete the mission "Battle for Whiterun". After you have spoken about Bulgrulf's surrender. Find Aela near jorvaskr. Talk to her and ask her for work. Then complete the radiant quest. The objective "Return to Aela" will then appear. She will be in your home and can continue her use as a follower. ...

According the the changelog of the Unofficial Skyrim Patch (which resolves the problem for PC users): Arrows do not cause damage at long range even if they appear to have hit the target. This is due to an internal distance check in the game that is wrong. This issue has now been fixed through the use of an "ini snippet" which is now included with the ...

No. It's just a different way of downloading the files. You might have problems with different versions of mods, but those should usually be minor. But as always: Back up your saves.

Steal a horse at night and ride it pass all the enemies on the way up. Just don't get caught stealing :)

1

Killing Frost Trolls should be easy, I did it at level 5. But if you're on a low level, try to level up only from combat, otherwise the monsters will get tougher and you'll still be weak. And if all else fails, just run past the monsters. And a nice quest to do is Mind of a Madman. It's easy, and doesn't involve too much fighting. If you're tired of walking ...

Uploading to Steam Workshop is handled by the Creation Kit. Open the File menu and choose Upload Plugin and Archive to Steam to open the uploading interface.

There's no end. Same as Delvin's and Vex's quests.

Oh there might be a chance i'm not sure if you have the cloud where you live but where I live it backs up all your memory onto your own personal server so if you have that look there

No sorry buddy once you delete something like that it's gon for good

My recommendation would be to install the latest enbseries, since it also comes with a usefull patch, and you can turn off the graphical modification and just use the patches (which prevent memory overflow) and the borderless fullscreen mode.

You can go up to the person who trains in the pickpocketing skill and train then steal/take back your money and keep going. Don't worry about being caught since anyone in the guild is peaceful and will not attack when you pickpocket. Also go to the smith in whiterun(only work if in the companions) and pickpocket him taking and giving the same items. The ...

Followers will eventually return to wherever their default location is. If you wait a few in-game days, Aela will either go back to wherever you two moved (this is only applicable if you own an in-game house and specified that she make her home there), or to Jorrvaskr.

There is more to the story...go to solstheim do the missions for the blacksmith. Later he'll give you a key to his basement...read the letter addressed to sapphire. It explains everything then give it to her The mission will not show up so you're on your own

4

No, he won't stop. These are Radiant quests and are part of why Bethesda advertised "infinite quests" in the hype for Skyrim's release. They are infinitely generated, though repetitive.

If you have the vanguard add-on, you can become a vampire, change, then change back. I think the same would work for a werewolf.

Unfortunately you can't leave a guild, but there is one way to make them not recognize you! First leave Whiterun (or whatever city your guild is in), wait 10 hrs, then go back and hit one of the members, after that, run away, leave the city, and repeat until they don't recognize you as a guild member! (I unfortuantly found this out myself by accidentaly ...

I couldn't find Atar's new location anywhere, but you could try player.moveto <RefID> In this case, Atar's RefID is 000622E7. This will move you to wherever Atar is. Alternatively, you could bring Atar to you with: Prid <RefID> followed by moveto player Where the RefID is once again 000622E7. Also, for the future, try this mod.

You can try manually advancing the Bloodline quest. setstage <quest ID> <stage #> is the command to advance any particular quest. You can try setstage DLC1VQ02 180 or setstage DLC1VQ02 200

There's a mod that makes people run inside their homes when a dragon attacks. So you don't have worry about them getting in your way any more. The website is http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/23906/? To install it you just copy it to the data folder

-1

You can 'fire' her, then pickpocket her and steal your item back.

2

From my understanding there is no way to transfer config files from one save to another. What I did is installed Skyrim unbound, (an alternate start mod found on the nexus) after the intro your in a screen overlooking Helgan from there you can set all your mods up and create a save that you'll start all new characters from. Its not a perfect solution but ...

Try turning the difficulty down just for that one fight and change it back to normal afterwards. The game has no trophy on PlayStation or achievements on Steam/Xbox360 relating to finishing the story on X difficulty so you won't be penalised in anyway for doing this. I had a similar problem where Thugs attacked me as I exited the mine in Dawnstar so I ...

Meeko, the dog follower can be found at south of Meeko's Shack (south of Solitude, east of Dragon Bridge) by the road. After encountering him on the road, he will run to Meeko's Shack and look at his deceased former master. You can then talk to him, and recruit him as a follower. If you have Hearthfire installed, he can be made a pet, otherwise when ...

If you have XBox: Look up Northwind point if your Arcwind wop quest won't complete, get the word there and the quest will finish.

I'm not entirely familiar with the topic but after reading all the attempted answers and comments I think it's fairly obvious they mean "long live Krosis". After studying a few languages I find that literal translations can lead you astray from the intended meaning.

As the Empire's power may be fluctuating throughout the game, it is still very obvious that the Thalmor wish for the Rebels to be the victors. The Dominion would prefer if Ulfric and his insurrectionists even temporarily overthrew the Empire that was started by the very man who destroyed one of their previous Dominions. Bethesda would most likely not choose ...

According to this page, the wolf faction id is 0003E691, and there is a fox faction with 0009A741. Try player.addfac 0003E691 1. It appears they have a built-in "Ally" status with other wolves, but I can't say I've tried this myself so let us know if it works. EDIT: According to comments, this method works.

I tend to mostly play glass cannon-like characters (with dodge-move and high damage mods) and thus I mostly go for 1 point in health for every 2 points in stamina. In the end it's a matter of your playstile. Do you play a mobile character that relies on speed, evading and landing attacks when you have the opportunity? Then focus on stamina. Do you play a ...

Once you hit level 55, enemies stop scaling up to your level. Level 55 is generally the highest level of enemy in the game, depending on type. So once you hit level 55 and you seem to be able to survive quite easily, you may decide to take more Stamina instead of Health. The ultimate choice is up to you though. I maxed my warrior character at around 200-250 ...

It depends on your build. If you are playin shield + one-handed weapon its better to have 2:1.5 ratio. With dual swords or two-handed weapon its better to have something like 2:1. But remember, it also depends on your tactics. If you are carefully enough you can take more stamina.

There exists a mod to support this functionality. Not tested by myself... Skyrim Skip Launcher Mod

Assuming the quest/item is not bugged, there is a spot near the other items that have been placed in front of the Shrine of Talos where you get a note on the screen to press a key (depending on your keyboard configuration) to place the horn at the shrine. It seems to be a reasonably small spot to trigger this as it took me a couple of minutes to find it and ...

I also used Nexus 31685, but I had to extract the mqkilldragonscript.pex from UDBP (Nexus 31083) which I added to the scripts folder for Nexus 31685. My SMPC (Nexus 23833) was overwriting the updated mqkilldragonscript.pex and keeping the dragon soul from absorbing properly. I used BSA Unpacker (Nexus 4804) to get the file I needed out of the UDBP bsa file.

I got stuck on this as well and ended up using the console commands player.drop 000e77bb 1 to drop the horn, and then SetStage SolitudeFreeform07 20 to advance the quest.

Mages are the most powerful because at destruction 100 you can destroy/kill everything with the fire and ice blast or lighting storm.

When the Thalmor Dossier about Ulfric Stormcloak is found, it states that if either side wins the Civil War it would negatively affect the Thalmor's goals; they claim that an ideal situation would be a long war in which neither side truly "wins". So regardless who you support on the civil war if you put on end to it while siding to the Imperials or the ...

To target an NPC in the console without clicking on him with the console open, you can use prid <RefID> command: Sets the NPC as reference, allowing other commands to be used, good for targeting NPCs that you can't reach/select on screen or fixing quest glitches about NPCs not appearing. Once a target is selected, Name and RefID will be ...
