Thanks for the info -- I'm 100% certain that MIB can be taken down non-lethally in 1 shot with the riot prod. It requires 2 upgrades to the "basic weapons" skill -- governing swords, knives, and the prod. I am 100% certain that MIB can be 1-shotted with the prod. I'll have to try the strength mod + baton on my next playthrough. Thanks to both of you for th einfo.
