comment Why am I unable to purchase a tile outside of my current cultural area?
@kevlarjacket The best way to secure the gold is probably to build a city on the river. Either go as far as you can from your first city while still in range of the gold (the tile we can only see half of), or one closer. If the gold is within range of your opponent's city and you can't afford to buy 3 tiles straight to the gold, perhaps forget the river and go straight for the gold, or just look for other gold in the area and take your opponent's city later :D

Cultural expansion won't expand into out-of-range tiles until the city is fully expanded within range. If you want to speed up natural cultural expansion into the gold tile you'd have to buy every available tile within your city (prohibitively expensive!) and the eventual natural cultural expansion would probably select the gold next.

comment Safe Disenchant List TGT
@ChaseC Plus, unlike physical card games like Magic (where they only change cards to match later rules changes), Blizzard are free to adjust existing cards as they wish. The only caveat here is that they typically only nerf overpowered cards and rarely buff underpowered ones.

I'd say it's not even certain that cards that are strictly inferior now will be useless forever. E.g. They add a card like "whenever you summon a 1-health minion, set its health equal to its attack" and magma rager becomes common :P

In addition to the answer below, endurance increases the amount of maximum health gained when a dweller gains a level.

comment How can you tell who are related when trying to make babies?
It tracks at least to great-grandchild, although I wonder if it still tracks if you kill a link-dweller between two people in the family chain.

As an extra point, are we certain production times don't increase with higher level buildings?

@Nolonar The reactor has 4x storage and a moderate production upgrade. The upgraded food/water don't have any more storage than their early-game counterparts, but the Nuka Cola bottler adds its [same-size] storage to both resources.

comment Which control action is used to deny creeps in Dota 2?
@WizLiz Agreed; I too use the console command. As long as you have "Move" bound you can still follow an ally, and units without an attack (e.g. courier, utility wards, ancestral spirit) will still follow on right-click.

comment Is there a way to get both Sneaky Bastard aced and Bulletproof aced?
I haven't played in a while so I forget the point requirements for top-tier skills, but you should have 120 skill points at level 100. Is it 52 skill points minimum to ace a top tier skill? If so you can clear 2 paths, but you'll only have 18 skill points spare. Infamy cost reductions allow you to build more optimally (i.e. not waste as many points as a prerequisite to take the skills you want).
