Is resource cost adjusted with weapon speed in diablo 3? I wasn't clear about that in my question, but I assume that you have the choice between 2 weapons with the same DPS, one with more attacks per second than the other. My assumption is that is you find a faster attacking weapon, you will also find a "harder" attacking weapon, for a given price. |

Is resource cost adjusted with weapon speed in diablo 3? In my example, if you replace casting meteor with a channeling tick, the same conclusion applies : a weapon twice as slow does the same amount of damage for half the arcane cost. Because in the second scenario, you tick twice as less, but each tick does twice as much for the same arcane cost. |

Why are there so many Terran players at GSL I don't really agree with you as you can apply all your arguments to the ladder play, yet ladder is balanced. Also, even if it might be interesting, but there's no point speaking about TvT balance here (i think you guess why). I think the "too much terran issue" maybe has to do with the highly flexible expansion capabilities of the terran. Since expanding/denying expansion is a crucial mechanism, top level players are more able to exploit it over others races. |
