comment Is it possible to maximize all the skills and gain all the perks?
note that getting all the skill perks will require you to max out your skills and make them legendary, which resets them back to lvl 15 and lets you raise them again; some of them will need to be reset more than once, so it will be a tedious process

comment What does destroying the vendors do?
I had always assumed the comments about vandalizing the vendors referred to hacking them.

are you sure this isn't the black book where being in the dark is lethal? you have to stay inside the moving lighted areas.

comment Can one remove a courthouse without suffering unhappiness?
@Sentry it's sort-of related in the sense that you can't completely get rid of a civilization, which was the 3rd part of the question.

You cannot technically destroy another civ in civ 5. It's always possible for another civ to return their capital back to them and the formerly-defeated civ will return. So I suspect the answer to three is also "no".

comment How often can I change my mind about vampirism or lycanthropy?
@Iszi there are two ways to get cured of lycanthropy. To return to "normal" you need a witch head, of which there are only 5, even with Dawnguard. (Up to 3 of those will be used if you cure all the Companions that want it.) However, you can be "cured" of lycanthropy by becoming a vampire, then go through "Rising at Dawn" to get cured of that as many times as needed.

comment Am I missing something, or is there a use to the TCL command?
people largely forget the fact that the console isn't there for you. it's there for the poor QA guy that has to beat every quest in the game twice a week for 4 months.

comment How do I get into Potema's Catecombs for the Dawnguard artifact?
if it does, I'd suggest reloading immediately; it was the most boring question ever because the enemies only spawn the first time in response to the Potema events, so there's nothing to kill the second time.

comment How do I get into Potema's Catecombs for the Dawnguard artifact?
I ended up doing this, I did too much between getting the quest and actually going there. Definitely seems like a bad choice of quest location, since the enemies there don't respawn either.

comment Is there a reason to be picky when choosing a steward?
@desaivv I've seen that question and it's true that nothing will attack your house when you're not nearby, but things will spawn immediately when you fast-travel there, or even if you happen to get "close enough"; your steward & housecarl will usually join combat before you even notice it's happening.

I've already asked this question as AFAIK no, there isn't.

true but there aren't many essential followers: Serana, and the Companions, if you don't finish their quest line, and I don't think Serana can be a steward; plus I'd rather keep her with me :)
