Love to play video games for recreation.
The games I play the most at the moment are StarCraft II, Super Meat Boy and Diablo III.

What is a good benchmark for the cultural win strategy? +1: Great answer, thx! I died on King with this approach on huge map settings against Elizabeth backstabbing me. 3 cities on a huge map is a pain in the endgame, because you cannot keep up military production like a nation with 12+ cities can. If they really decide to go for it, you are lost IMHO. Before 1900 on prince is amazing! Seems like I really need to do some fine tuning. |

What is a good benchmark for the cultural win strategy? Hackworth: Maybe my question was a bit misleading. I am looking for KPIs like "A experienced player can win a cultural victory before 1850 AD". If I cannot do it before 2000 AD, I know that there is a large gap I need to close. Or a KPI like "A experienced player can gain 200 culture points each round around 350 AD" tells me, that I am messing things up in the early game, if I can only gain 100 around 350 AD. I am not looking for instructions about what to do but how I can measure if what I am doing works. |

What is a good beginners strategy to learn the mechanics of Civilization 5? It sounds like you have some experience with this strategy. Up to which difficulty level is this approach feasible? Am I wrong that a island map is especially good for this strategy because my territory is easier to defend or is this thinking flawed? |

Where can I watch Starcraft/Starcraft 2 matches in South Korea live in person? +1: I had the GOM-TV link in my bookmarks but you were faster =). I think this is the best possible answer. |

What is a good beginners strategy to learn the mechanics of Civilization 5? +1: Amazing answer, thx a lot! I like how you describe what to look for and the deviations based on the surroundings. I will print it out and keep it close during my next games. I am sure that it will improve my game significantly =). |

How to fix corrupted save files in Skyrim? Both measures didn't work for me. I decided that the easiest approach is accepting the loss and use the last intact safe game. I gave you a +1 though for the detailed explanation of the measures. |

How to salvage Oblivion Walker Achievement after messing up Pieces of the Past +1: Nice trick. So I can at miss one artifact and get the achievement. This means no more mistake or the achievement is out of the window... |

Can steam create an overview of all my achievements? +1: Thanks for the links, I will take a look at the possibilities of those APIs. The GetGlobalAchievementPercentagesForApp won't help, because it is not player specific. But maybe I will find the right calls in the rest of the documentation |
