comment What is the first doctor you can reasonably access in Fallout 4?
I re-edited to make it specific to doctors that are easiest to access early in the game. Hopefully that will do it. If I can get this one right I'll try add another question for a list of all doctors as I think that is likely also useful, but I think it is a different topic deserving it's own space.

Adding further specificity.

revised What is the first doctor you can reasonably access in Fallout 4?
Trying to make the question more specific per the initial comments by eliminating some of the more unlikely, but technically possible interpretations.

comment What is the first doctor you can reasonably access in Fallout 4?
How can I make it more specific as to help new players in the first part of the game before they can possibly make it to Diamond city which is typically cited as the first doctor? My natural assumption based on the question (or what I'm trying to ask) is assuming you're following the main quest path as directly as is reasonable/possible. I understand it's impossibly broad if you consider that you can put off Diamond city forever by never following the main plot line, but I don't see how that's either the first or most common reading of my question.

I thought she was near the billboard, 3 mattresses and old cars on the west side of the road just north of starlight drive-in, but checking there did not yield a location.

comment What do I do in a Radiation Storm?
If there is one close by, you can also duck into an indoor location duck into it till the storm passes. A common problem is running into a storm right after you leave vault 111. In that case the best solution is to go back to the middle of the platform which will take you back into the vault. In sanctuary there is also a root cellar behind one of the houses that you can hide in.

comment What is the quickest and most reliable way to deal with kobolds?
Mr Smooth, try grinders w/ ice or steam traps on the Sorceress. They aren't as good as tar in some ways, but fill a similar role. Brimstone isn't too popular, but I find it works wonders on kobolds for me (in both OMD1 & OMD2).

comment Trouble on status combination
The amount to spend for a decent item is going up with inflation. If you read this later, you probably will need to experiment to find the right values.
