Well maybe the damage is hard to differentiate but the AOE and spell duration difference is very noticeable IMO. In SC1, the storms lasts maybe about 2 secs, in SC1, less than 1 sec.

@Dracs Do you backup C:\Users\Username\Documents\StarCraft II\ as well or just C:\Program Files (x86)\StarCraft II\ ?
