I'm a moderator on Arqade/Gaming.StackExchange! Besides my moderator duties, I also occasionally contribute to the Arqade Blog and write tools against the SE API. I enjoy video games, and I like helping people enjoy games as well.

Have you tried running with the latest drivers? My old gaming laptop ran terrible on the "stock" drivers from the laptop manufacturer, I had to (force) install OEM drivers to get it working even barely well.
