comment Does the PS4 controller have to be on to use the system?
Does the PS4 have a BD Remote accessory like the PS3 had? I used that almost exclusively when my PS3 was my main media streaming box.

comment Do GBA cartridge batteries run dry after some time?
I think that list is incomplete - Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap used battery backup, at least on my copy.

@user2357112 Depends on the cartridge. Some of them used flash, some of them used battery-backed RAM, and some (like Pokemon as you mentioned) used both - flash for long-term storage and battery for constantly-changing stuff. Minish Cap used battery-backed storage, for example (source: the battery in my copy died).

comment Do DS cartridge batteries run dry?
I was a developer on one of the launch-window DS titles (Sprung). At least at the time, Nintendo used ordinary flash NVRAM and there was no wear-leveling in the cartridges (and only a tiny amount of flash); developers were required to only save when prompted or between levels, specifically to avoid running out of write cycles. Later cartridges may have changed this, however. And of course 3DS just stores your save files on your system's SD card - no flash on the cartridge itself.

comment What is the logic behind entering Connecting The Pieces Dev Room?
This area is visually-confusing due to the ultra-flat shaders being used; the fields are just along the edges of the rooms, and not crossing any of their openings.

comment How can I catch a golden bee?
Sadly, you can only buy this one once. If you want the StreetPass achievement you'll have to either find one or spend R9999.

Although it's a necessary item to get one of the streetpass achievements, so if you've already beaten the game and have R9999 to burn (as you probably do if you're achievement-grinding) it's not a terrible option.

comment Will the water go on forever, or is there some secret eventually?
And I suspect that rotating the world would have been a faster way back to the island than resetting the game. :)

comment Can you fly somehow?
I'm sure you've figured this out by now, but the U-shaped pillars are tuning forks, and they are another puzzle.

comment What do the counting cube, writing cube, and skull artifacts mean or represent?
Assuming this is the use of the writing cube, there's a pretty obvious error in the game assets - the geometry is mirrored from where it should be. It would be impossible to write out letters in the correct orientation by inking one face of the cube.

comment Where does a new Team Fortress 2 player start?
When it was a matter of alternate weapons with different levels of balance it was one thing. When it came to completely different capabilities that just turned the game into a confusing mess, that was another... and since the last time I played there apparently is now 'crafting' and all sorts of other stuff. Is it an FPS, or is it now an RPG with first-person combat?
