comment Where does a new Team Fortress 2 player start?
When it was a matter of alternate weapons with different levels of balance it was one thing. When it came to completely different capabilities that just turned the game into a confusing mess, that was another... and since the last time I played there apparently is now 'crafting' and all sorts of other stuff. Is it an FPS, or is it now an RPG with first-person combat?

(that was a joke. personally I felt like the hats/drops/etc. ruined the game)

Don't forget the real point of the game: to collect as many hats as possible.

@JeffreyLin Fortunately there's no friendly fire damage, unless the server has it configured (and most I've seen don't). It's actually GOOD for a pyro to occasionally flame their teammates - because they might not be a teammate. (The term is "spy check.")

comment How are people getting such high scores as 9x10^18 in Temple Run?
Of course if you do a web search on 9,223,372,036,854,775,807 you would find how it's significant. :)

comment What happens if I turn off my console while it is saving data?
If you manage to corrupt the entire hard drive, you can just reformat it - no need to buy a new console. (It is very annoying to lose all your installed games and save data though, to be sure.)

comment Is dying while naked cheaper than dying with clothes?
I must say, seeing this question on the stack exchange main page devoid of context made me do a double take.

If only it were more like real life!

comment How can I clear Steam achievements for Portal 2?
That's too bad, and it's a shame Steam is so single-player-per-game about everything. Portal 2 has quite a lot of meta-humor in the achievements.
