What is the maximum possible bonus to Karma? @RavenDreamer Ah, I understand. I wasn't meaning to suggest that there is a cap at all, but I see how you would think that from my wording. I was just interested in the maximum amount available right now, so that if I decided to use the items I would get the most out of them. I'll update my answer to be more clear. |

What is the maximum possible bonus to Karma? @RavenDreamer The Outmanned buff shouldn't matter either way since it definitely doesn't affect liquid karma items, I only mentioned it for clarification. If it turns out that the wiki is wrong and the maximum is something other than 75%, I'll certainly accept an answer with the proper value. |

Is “Pledge to Protect” available in the original? It's definitely possible with the base game, but I believe you need a certain amount of influence to be have the option. I would try becoming friends or allies with the City-State and see if that allows you to make a pledge. |
