What are the effects of overworking or overloading an employee? "What are the effects?" vs "What are the effects during the development stage?", they both cover the same mechanic. |

Monsters weak to oil? What oil? Considering that it's magicka and the developers have a very quirky sense of humor, it might just be a reference to sea birds dying in oil spilling accidents, not a reference to real game mechanics. |

Starcraft HoTS AI vs League I can beat the cheating AI when i'm lying in bed playing just with the mouse and executing a buildorder i make up as i go. I didn't play SC2 since a year when i already played so little that i dropped to platinum back then. I'd say cheating AI is around silver at most. |

Skip worker scouting for economic advantage? @MarcoLeblanc Actually having that one worker more mining can allow you to hit some timings just a few seconds earlier, which can make a huge difference when trying to hit a very specific timing. However, unless you are going for such a timing and are able to judge how big the risk of an earlier attack is, the information from scouting will give you a bigger advantage. |

What defines a game's “replay value”? @Zoot I was just in the progress of writing something similar when I saw your comment pop up. I personally feel like achievements are simply a crutch for getting people to play the game again instead of, well, achievements. A good game that offers real choices will be played again and again, even if it has bad graphics, no achievements and no increasing difficulty. Well known example is Baldurs Gate (1&2) which people still play because every playthrough can be different. |

Best use of certification points in Planetside 2? @BlueRaja-DannyPflughoeft Mineguard is extremely effective. Every level increases the amount of mines required to destroy the Sunderer by 1. Without Mineguard, 2 mines destroy the Sunderer. Level 1 increases that to 3 mines. Level 2 to 4 mines, etc. It's essential for the spawn Sunderers since an Engineer with level 1 Anti-Tank mines (100 certs, 2 mines) can instantly blow up a Sunderer otherwise. |
