Can my items be stolen if I leave them somewhere? I'd say it's not a dupe. They want a conclusive answer, which was not given in the linked question. In that question, they wanted to know about different locations entirely. Also, that question does not mention simply leaving items on the ground, nor did any answer conclusively answer that. |

Should I assign rooms to all dwarves in Dwarf Fortress? @Maia Welcome to Gaming.SE. I don't know the answers to those questions, but someone does. I do think those should probably be separate questions, however. :) They're related, but still different enough that someone else might want to know just that, and making them separate questions makes it easier for them to be found. :) |

Should I wear armor as a mage, or will it affect my casting speed? @Kromey Very nice. I hit Morokei the first time I played through as a Destro/Resto High Elf mage with I believe a Elvish sword. I was level 14. Yeah, that went about as well as you'd guess. I ended up beating him by eliminating the ghost guys, and then immediately charging him and just holding down Healing and swinging my sword like a madman. Not very magey, but I didn't think I could get out of Labyrinthian otherwise lol. The mask was quite useful after I got it lol. |
