Fast Expanding with Zerg Notice that this answer implicitly assumes you will be scouting what your opponent is doing, which is the most important part of knowing when to FE or not. |

What's the best counter to marine spam? @If you find yourself as the terran player facing broodlords, you MUST make your marines focus down the broodlord, and ignore the broodlings. the AI will happily waste the marines' insane DPS on killing the broodlings, which were about to die on their own anyway, and never get a chance to kill the 'lords. |

How can I play StarCraft 2 competitively against less skilled friends? @Mag Roader, ahh, you want to keep their experience "normal" but make yours harder, which makes perfect sense. In that case, i'll add a few more ideas that focus on that aspect. |

What's the Zerg answer for Protoss Canons + Phoenixes? I love seeing the cannons go up. the more you spend on cannons, the less you have for units that can actually come out to get me. therefore, i can spread out over the whole map, get 5 bases, and wait until you run out of resources. |

Interaction between high ground, detection, and “vision” i am always much happier to know the mechanics rather than specific answers. though it can be fun to try to figure out the mechanics, given a certain set of data. |

Interaction between high ground, detection, and “vision” also, to be perfectly nitpicky, it is a spore crawler, not a spine crawler. sadly spine crawlers can't detect. I don't have enough rep yet to fix it for you. |

Interaction between high ground, detection, and “vision” Heh. I am nothing if not curious. And as an engineer I can't help wondering about the precise rules behind what happens in games. And in this case, my question actually has some practical value, however small :) |

Interaction between high ground, detection, and “vision” good way to summarize the mechanics. i knew the first rule, but the second was what i was unsure about. |

Interaction between high ground, detection, and “vision” also, this is good news for my future drones. no more nuke deaths. or at least a few less. |

Can I display my win/loss stats broken down by race? accepting answer as it is better than nothing, even if it doesn't let me see my ratio by opponent race. |
