comment Does falling ever cause damage?
I would just add that falling in a vehicle causes damage to the vehicle. It seems odd to me that, physics-wise, vehicles are damaged when falling a few feet into a ditch but people can jump a hundred feet off of a building and not lose even a single point of health. One would think that the same amount of force it takes to break a fender would easily be enough to break a leg.

comment Skryim: Is there an easy way to tell when you need a rested or well-rested bonus?
There's likely some documentation somewhere on the actual in-game time this takes, but I usually just head for a nap whenever one of the guards say, "You look tired, friend." Or you can seek out the "Lover's Stone" (+15%XP to all skills) and never take another nap ever again.

I'll let you know at 11:30 when I'm at home playing Skyrim. Until then, hold tight buddy. I'm working here. :)

1.) I know how the Bounty system works in Skyrim. I don't have much of a bounty anywhere. 2.) I did try starting from another save, post the 'Lydia accidentally killed a guard' incident. Still being attacked on sight. I may try stealing some cheese or a tomato and see what happens. I don't know, but for some reason I think this might fix it.

@bwarner It's not that. I already had that happen when a dragon attacked ... Dawnstar? Morthal? upon fast traveling there. Lydia caused some 'collateral damage' there and got in trouble. That was a costly mess to figure out. To fix that I talked to Lydia, then the guard, then payed her bounty, then paid my bounty and then had my stolen loot confiscated. In the current situation at Whiterun/Dragonsreach, the guards do not indicate there is any wrongdoing and/or bounty to pay. I just get swarmed by everyone as soon as I walk up the stairs in Dragonsreach for no apparent reason.

Not a vampire. (or a werewolf, if that matters).

comment Where can I find repair kits in Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning?
I think for maybe the first 10-20% of the game I sweated the cash but after I learned how to make all my own stuff the only things I ever bought were backpacks, lockpicks and the occasional crafting component. I didn't want to waste precious cargo space with a bunch of repair kits so I just paid a premium and had my stuff repaired at the shop. What else are you going to do with 4 million gold pieces? I will admit that it's probably fine to have a couple of repair kits in case you get caught mid-dungeon with a broken thing. But I, for one, always had several spares collected along the way.

comment How do autosaves work in Kingdoms of Amalur?
I can confirm that the PS3 will also autosave after zone changes (fast travel, entering buildings and dungeons) and significant events (boss fights, quest completion (full or in part), trophy achievements and leveling).
