Apr 18	comment	Bukkit plugin for controlling where portals teleport you I think Runecraft might help you. You can build runes of teleportation that binds two places based on a "signature key" (being the components of the rune and their place in it). Sorry I'm at work so I can't find a link but searching Runecraft would be okay I guess.

If you have some space around the button you can also put your thumb and index together as if you're pinching something really hard, and use the resulting nail-spike at their extremities in a come-and-go motion over the button, pressing it with each pass (without actually "pressing" anything, just coming and going with your hand)
Apr 18	comment	How can I press buttons faster? This is not a new "mechanic", N64 used to have press-that-button-as-if-you're-gonna-die-if-not games. In fact, in Mario Party (first one) the mechanic was "make circles with the control stick", but I think i'm not the only one who lost his palm skin so they changed it to "press the button rapidly" in sequels. They also used the "press that sequence in order".
