...and I'll add that I appreciate he was open to discussing it. :)

Strix and I chatted and I better understand where he is coming from. I think he summed it up well above, but I now have a better sense what he didn't mean. Check out the chat log if you are interested. He has my support.

@StrixVaria Thanks for elaborating. I didn't mean to imply harassment was better than trolling - instead that it is easier to define as bad. In contrast to disagreements, which aren't always bad IMHO. I agree with you that you have to trust mods to interpret "intentions" to the best of their ability. I'm guessing I just haven't witnessed folks intentionally "disregarding the consensus of the community" much (not to say it doesn't happen). I have been in the minority opinion on my fair share of Meta and Chat discussions though, and I was wondering if that fit in that bucket.

@StrixVaria I'm interested in what your definition of "trolling" is, in the context of Arqade. Some behaviors dubbed trolling are simple harassment. Is that the extent of what your talking about, or does it extend into disagreements? In a disagreement between two parties (or groups) - who do you ban?

comment Is the row direction random when the striped candy is created indirectly?
I agree. I've both never seen a pattern myself, nor have I read about one on various sites where folks are asking this same question. If there is causality to it, it must be extremely hard to predict.

comment Why does Mumble interfere with Steam?
@Kissaki I am by no means a software/driver expert, just trying to help based on the OS message. I get that Mumble would be independent at run time, but the message seems to indicate that other apps are blocking the Mumble install. I often wonder if the installers are really blocked by a conflict with an open app, or they just blindly force you to close those apps - maybe there isn't really a conflict, but the installer thinks there is?
