The list on this page is missing: Carrier Interceptors can now change targets when they are in leash range. Reaper - No longer have their anti-building grenades. Creep Tumor - No longer spawn instantly, but instead have a three second spawning animation. May now be placed on ramps. |

Another change that should be in this answer is that pylon psi fields now do not cover ground higher than the pylon. They still cover lower ground. I tested this in game, trying to place buildings and warp in units. |
