How do I kill the Treasure Goblin in Hell? Fists of Thunder does a short knockback on every finishing move (3rd hit). That and Lashing Tail Kick can both interrupt treasure bandits pre-hell. |

Which Monk spirit-generator skills generates spirit the fastest? you can always pump your mantra, it has no CD. Mantra of healing with the absorb shield when you pump it is very good for a defensive build |

What's the easiest way to drop an item? non-magic trash stays nearly the same value throughout the game, while the value of magic items climbs with level. Also relative to gold dropped by monsters, it's not at all worth your time to vendor non-magic items |

Does Dodge have a cap? don't forget the fists of thunder rune to add 16% dodge. You can alternate that with crippling wave to keep the attack-speed and reduced damage buffs on your target. |

How can I level up more quickly? yeah, being able to survive just standing in the middle of some mobs while aoeing them makes leveling way faster than if you have to care about dieing. +life on hit scales really well with abilities that cleave everything around you. |

As a Monk, will my skills be hindered by equipping a shield? 1h + shield seems to generate spirit significantly slower than dual wield. It's often harder to keep up with healing while using a shield, even though you're taking a bit less damage. Or else there were too many uncontrolled variables when I was comparing |
