comment Need advice on HDD's and games
Run your OS on a SSD. That is the biggest performance gain you can get. Run your games on 7200 rpm and games that stream a lot, e.g. Skyrim, on the SSD too.

Since Arche Age is also on Steam, I don't think it will ban you because you used a steam feature. If it does, then tell the developers they are amateurs. Anyway, in-home streaming also works in offline mode. It works over LAN, not Internet. You just need to log into Steam when you are online and make sure the "Don't save my credentials" option is not selected in the settings, which is the default. So you are good to go. However, you need Internet to play Arche Age.

Steam Broadcast is different to Steam in-home Streaming. Broadcast is basically built-in "twitch.tv" while in-home streaming is playing games on a different computer.

comment What are the pros and cons of having an open field fortress vs an in-mountain excavated one?
@DJPirtu With this edit, we should give him an edge here and reopen. We have similar questions that are kind of broad that stay open and are answered.

@user4903602 No you won't suffer any penalties. Down votes and closing questions does nothing to your account. If you delete it or not is up to you. Read other questions and see how they are answered so get a hang of it. While you can run into some dense users here, overall it is still fun.

@user4903602 And that is why this question is not really welcome here. We focus on mechanics, not playstyle. Go to /r/drawffortress or any other fan site and discuss it there. Also, read the FAQ again.

@Shadur It was related to your comment about a "proper fort", but more of a nostalgic movie attack than anything else

@Shadur 1: Location. A site on high ground that commands the territory as far as the eye can see. 2: Protection. Big walls, walls strong enough to withstand a frontal attack. 3: A garrison. Men who are trained and willing to kill. 4: A flag. You tell your men you are soldiers and that's your flag. You tell them nobody takes our flag. And you raise that flag so it flies high where everyone can see it. Now you've got yourself a castle.

Stealing never had a consequence in W1+2. Merely drawing your sword can be deadly though..

@MrLemon Oh I did not know that. I use Windows 7, the limit is 41.6 hours = 2500 minutes. I edited it in.

@Lg102 Probably USA or UK, but I know for a fact that comcast also meters at night, so probably more likely UK.
